Tapping the power of women's leadership strategies.

In the early 1990s, some of the leading management gurus for the Fortune 500, such as Tom Peters and Peter Drucker, were suggesting that if you wanted to see good leadership into the next century, watch female leaders.  Since then, women have assumed powerful leadership roles in corporations, government, education, and non-profit organizations.  They have started and built the majority of entrepreneurial businesses in this country. 

In addition to the business and professional world, women bring their strength as leaders to local communities, charities, politics, and their families.  

In this program, Susan will facilitate an interactive discussion to address the following aspects of feminine leadership:

• Creating your own personal strategic vision.

• Building successful teams motivated to achieve an organizational vision.

• Balancing heart and head when leading.

In addition to a full-day format (maximum of 30 participants), this program can be tailored for a keynote presentation (unlimited number of audience participants) or a half-day program, depending upon the needs of the audience.
